This week has been massive for Airdrops!

Wormhole alone dropped millions of dollars worth of liquidity into the pockets of crypto legends everywhere.

If you’re like me, and missed it all, you’ve probably been frantically scouring the timeline, looking for the next big drop.

Not to worry my friend, not only do we have the alpha, but ¾ of these protocols are completely free to farm.

Before we dive in, a quick reminder that these actions don’t guarantee that you will qualify. Most projects keep their process under wraps to attract the most users possible. Also, the internet is plagued by scam links, google sites and even X accounts. ALWAYS make sure you click on a trustworthy link, otherwise you may loose everything you have.

Have no fear, we have included trustworthy links in this article, and also strategies to maximize your chance at making bank.

So let’s get into it.

Kamino Finance - Solana (Requires liquidity to qualify)

Kamino Finance is a decentralized finance (DeFi) platform built on the Solana blockchain. It provides a comprehensive suite of decentralized financial solutions that empower users to take control of their financial assets. This includes things like borrowing/lending, yield farming, asset management and governance and voting.  

They just announced today that the snapshot (cutoff for points) will be March 31 so you have time!

What to know about the airdrop:

• It will be run in a linear way. This means that having multiple wallets will NOT give you an advantage. During the Jito drop, tons of people used bots to engage with hundreds of wallets and took a huge majority of the allocated funds. So all you need is 1 wallet, and stack as many points as possible.

How does this airdrop work?

• You accumulate points through lending, borrowing and providing liquidity.

• Kamino Lend Supply: 1 point per dollar per day

• Kamino Lend Borrow: 1 point per dollar per day

• Kamino Liquidity Vaults: 1 point per dollar per day

Kamino has measures in place to keep farmers from abusing these processes by limiting the points earned by positions with only Liquid Stake Tokens (LSTs) on both the collateral & debt side, as well as positions with only stablecoins on both the collateral & debt side.

Positions like these will only earn points on the supply side, and only from the net dollar value, where net_value = LST_collateral - LST_debt.

• If LST_supplied < LST_borrowed, the position earns borrow points according to the net difference. The position earns no LST supply points.

• If LST_supplied > LST_borrowed, the position earns supply points according to the net difference. The position earns no borrow points for the LST debt.

To counter this, I make sure to vary my deposits/borrows, with a focus on tokens that have nice boosts.

Enki - Metis (Free to qualify, <3 hours left)

ENKI is a cutting-edge protocol within the Metis ecosystem. ENKI allows users to earn rewards without the technical complexity of running a sequencer node themselves. It provides a safe, simplified, and DeFi-centered platform for passive income on Metis. Please note that the testnet may differ from the mainnet, so use this chance to learn and experiment.

One thing to keep in mind is that unlike other types of airdrop farming, the goal with this testnet drop is to maximize transactions, not stake and hodl. So we are going to go through a process of minting, staking and unstaking to boost those moves!

Step 1: go to the Enki testnet app and connect your ETH based wallet. It will change the network to the Metis Testnet Sepolia Network automatically.
Step 2: Go to the Faucet tab to obtain testnet tokens. Make sure to Drip Metis AND ENKI tokens to proceed.
Step 3: Go to the Mint/Stake tab and let’s start banging off some tasks!

Task 1: Let’s mint some eMetis by entering 0.01 Metis and hitting Approve. Sign the transaction.
Once you Approve, click on Mint and Stake. Check the two boxes, Approve, Sign the Transaction, then click back on Mint and Stake. First task done!
Task 2: It’s staking time! Mint some more eMetis (0.02) and Scroll back up and click on the Stake tab.
Now deposit this eMetis and click Approve, following the same process as before.
Next, hit stake, approve the transaction and you’re all set!

Task 3: Stake Enki, on this same page, keep scrolling down and you will see the Vest section where you can stake Enki. You know what to do. Enter in you Enki, click stake, and you’re all set. You’re getting good at this!

Task 4: Go back and unstake your Enki, and withdraw your eMetis. Exam same process as above, just in reverse.

Bonus task! Enki has a bunch of quests that you can do to maximize your chance at an airdrop. Here’s the link. These quests include simple things like engaging on social media, doing testnet tasks (which you’ve already done) and a quiz.

And you’re done!

Grass - (Free to Qualify!)

We’ll run through it in a second, and before we do, there’s something important you need to know about getting their test tokens:

With the high volume of farmers, you may have to try several times before the transfer works. Unfortunately, you can only attempt this every 8 hours. It sounds like there is no rush, but if you want to start sooner, you can use this link here to the QuickNode site and get tokens there. You need to have at least 0.001 ETH on the Ethereum Mainnet to be approved however.

Here’s a brief rundown:

Step 1: on the main page here, click on try testnet.
Step 2: Paste your ETH wallet in the faucet to collect their native testnet token $BERA.
Step 3: click on each protocol and use your tokens to make transactions. I try and do 1 round of interactions per day, where I, for example, stake and unstake, mint tokens etc.

Task 2: Galxe Quests! On the bottom right of the home page here, click on Quests. Login with the same wallet you used above and cycle through the quests. Remember that there are daily quests that you can come back each day to re-do and accumulate more points.
